Fabri showrooms are open to the public, however it is recommended to schedule a visit to your preferred showroom in advance, which is essential so that you can have a more personalized assistance.

Fabri has 3 showrooms in Portugal and 1 in South Africa. We do export to other countries under specific conditions.

Yes, Fabri kitchens and closets are custom-made.

Our quotes have no associated cost. It will include a project, 3D images of the implementation and a detailed quote with the itemized breakdown of materials and acessories. 

A face-to-face meeting is scheduled to present the quote and project.

As it is a free service, Fabri only provides the client with the quote. The project is only provided if the client signs the proposal with Fabri.

The proposal, which includes a detailed quote, a selection of materials and accessories and 3D views, takes around 4 weeks to prepare.

Yes. Fabri has partnerships with stone fabricators and kitchen appliance brands.

Yes, 3D images of the space are included in Fabri’s project presentations.

To prepare the proposal and quote, Fabri does not need to do site visits. It is therefore essential that the client provides a plan of the space with basic measurements.

After the project has been signed and paid for, and before the production can begin, a Fabri designer will visit the site to take final measurements.

If the client is unable to provide the information necessary to prepare the proposal, Fabri can go to site, which will have an associated cost.

No. Fabri does not carry out any plumbing or electrical installation work. However, after the project is signed and paid for, a plan is provided to the client highlighting all eletrical and plumbing points required for Fabri’s installation.

We have a standard 90 days lead time for production after approval and sign-off of the final project.

No, Fabri does not carry out full kitchen renovations. We only install the kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances that we sell.

However, we work in partnership with Banco de Bens Doados, which collects used kitchens and delivers them to families in need or social institutions. But even in this case, the client is still responsible for the removal of the kitchen.

Yes, Fabri offers customer support for furniture, countertops and accessories. Technical support for kitchen appliances is provided directly by the brand.

Yes, Fabri furniture comes with a 3-year warranty.

During the warranty period, if a defect is confirmed by a Fabri technician, we will take responsibility for replacing the material, as well as covering labor and travel costs.

The warranty does not apply in cases of negligent handling, interventions by non-certified Fabri technicians, or pending payments.

Note: Outside Portugal, the client’s responsibility includes travel, accommodation, and meals for the technicians.
